MANUFACTURING + ASSEMBLY
Mold plastic around non-plastic parts to create one part. The connection becomes part of the molding.
A one-shot process creates complex parts without a separate fastening operation.
Insert molding eliminates fastener wear and tear to increase the life of the part.

A special plastic insert in the cavity and core creates an interference fit at the blade shutoff, closing the gaps that cause flash.

Turn-key sourcing and manufacturing. An off-the-shelf cable receives an in-house custom strain relief plug, designed to fit a custom molded housing.
Axcesor molds the housing in the United States. Tooling development in a low-cost region reduces tooling cost. Final assembly and quality control stay with Axcesor.
